**Salary**: -15,000-20,000 per month

Experience:
- Total experience: -3 years of experience as service advisor or related field.
- Minimum experience: -1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.

Education: -High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in automotive technology or related field preferred.

Eligibility: -Only Males

Skillset:
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office

Profile Introduction:
Join our dynamic team as a Service Advisor for vehicles, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service experiences. As a trusted liaison between our clients and our service department, you'll provide expert guidance and support, contributing to our reputation for excellence in automotive service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle service needs.
- Communicate service recommendations clearly and effectively, ensuring customers understand the necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Provide accurate estimates for service costs and obtain necessary approvals from customers.
- Schedule service appointments and manage service flow to ensure efficiency.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize and expedite vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Address any customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Upsell additional services or products as appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes.
- Proficiency with computerized service management systems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Languages: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
