Profile Introduction

As an Automobile Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient vehicle maintenance within our automotive service department. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking vehicle repairs, maintenance, or advice.

Profile Responsibilities
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service center.
- Listen attentively to customer concerns and inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance or repairs.
- Communicate effectively to understand the nature of the vehicle's issues and provide appropriate recommendations.
- **Service Scheduling and Coordination**:

- Schedule service appointments efficiently, considering both customer availability and workshop capacity.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure prompt and accurate diagnosis and repair of vehicles.
- Prioritize service tasks based on urgency and customer needs.
- **Diagnostic Assessment**:

- Perform preliminary vehicle inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential issues.
- Consult with customers to gather relevant information about the vehicle's performance and history.
- Document findings accurately and relay necessary information to the service team.
- **Estimation and Quoting**:

- Provide detailed estimates for service and repair costs, including parts and labor.
- Explain estimates clearly to customers, ensuring transparency and understanding.
- Obtain customer approval for recommended services before initiating repairs.
- **Customer Education and Consultation**:

- Educate customers on recommended maintenance schedules, service procedures, and vehicle care tips.
- Offer advice on preventive maintenance measures to prolong vehicle lifespan and ensure optimal performance.
- Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
- **Administrative Tasks**:

- Maintain accurate records of service appointments, customer interactions, and vehicle service histories.
- Process service orders, invoices, and payments efficiently using dealership software systems.
- Assist in inventory management by ordering necessary parts and maintaining adequate stock levels.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
