**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and customer-friendly Car Service Advisor to join our service centre team. The Service Advisor will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them understand the service process, providing cost estimates, and ensuring their vehicle is serviced as per company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle servicing or repair requirements.
- Create job cards and explain the service process clearly to the customer.
- Provide cost and time estimates for the work required.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop staff to ensure timely completion of work.
- Update customers on service progress and notify them in case of any delays or additional work.
- Conduct final inspection and hand over the vehicle after service.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns and escalate if needed.
- Maintain service records and follow up for periodic maintenance reminders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet CSI targets.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ITI in Automobile Engineering or Graduate in any stream.
- 1-3 years of experience in vehicle service advisory (experience with a dealership is preferred).
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and service procedures.
- Familiarity with DMS (Dealer Management System) software is a plus.
- Ability to handle customers professionally and calmly under pressure.
