Service Advisor

**Job Summary**:
The Service Advisor is a key customer-facing role within our two-wheeler service center. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing service appointments, and ensuring that all service and repair work is completed to the highest standards. Your primary goal is to enhance the customer experience by providing accurate advice, effective communication, and timely follow-up.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Interaction**: Greet customers warmly, assess their service needs, and provide accurate information about service options and pricing. Address any customer concerns or queries effectively.
- **Service Coordination**: Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring optimal utilization of workshop resources and timely completion of work.
- **Work Order Management**: Prepare and review work orders, ensuring all necessary information is included. Communicate with technicians about the required work and follow up on the status of each job.
- **Quality Control**: Oversee the quality of service and repair work performed by the technicians, ensuring that all work meets company standards and customer expectations.
- **Parts and Inventory Management**: Coordinate with parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts and accessories. Manage inventory levels to avoid delays in service.
- **Customer Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction with the service provided and address any issues that may arise post-service.
- **Sales and Upselling**: Identify and recommend additional services or repairs that may be beneficial to the customer. Promote special offers, service packages, and warranties.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of all service transactions, including customer details, service history, and financial transactions.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on service performance, customer feedback, and any issues encountered. Suggest improvements based on customer input and operational observations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
