**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and address issues related to Azure, O365, and AWS environments.
- Document support activities and maintain ticketing accuracy.
- Demonstrate eagerness to learn cloud technologies and industry best practices.
- Technology focused, self-motivated and proactive in problem solving.
- Keen interest in learning cloud technologies.
- Self-paced learning on technologies
- Should have good internet bandwidth in supporting clients

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computing Science or equivalent (B. Tech - IT/CS, BSC, MCA.)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic understanding of customer service
- Hands on experience or understanding in MS Office
- Basic understanding of cloud - advantageous
- Willing to work in rotational night shifts including weekends.
- Work in a 24/7 Environment
