**Job Title**: Client Support Trainee
**Shift Timings**: 11 AM to 8 PM IST (Monday to Friday)
**Location**: Begumpet, Hyderabad

**Gender**:Female

**Job Summary**:
As a Client Support Trainee, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assisting with inquiries, providing product demos, and resolving basic issues. You’ll receive thorough training to ensure you can deliver excellent support and understand our products and services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demos for new and prospective clients.
- Assist with basic troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Maintain records of client interactions in CRM.
- Relay client feedback to improve products and services.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure effective support.
- Suggest improvements to support processes and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Any degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- No prior experience required; customer service experience a plus.
- Basic computer and CRM software skills preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
