Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Salesforce Trainee, based in Hyderabad. The Salesforce Trainee will assist in developing and customizing Salesforce solutions, participate in integrations and data management, and support testing and implementation processes. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, collaborating with team members to meet project goals, and gaining hands-on experience with Salesforce products and tools. Effective communication and a willingness to learn will be key to succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and a strong interest in developing expertise in Salesforce solutions.
  • Understanding of database management, data structure, and integration processes.
  • Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills to address technical challenges effectively.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred, while Salesforce certifications and familiarity with coding languages like Apex or JavaScript are considered a bonus.
