**Designation**: Area Sales Executive
**Reporting to**: Area Sales Manager
**Objective**:
Responsible for driving sales, managing key accounts, and overseeing the sales team in Goa. Focus on achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and maintaining customer relationships.
**Soft Skills Required**:
- Sales strategy and execution
- Team leadership and management
- Customer relationship management
- Market analysis and competitor assessment
- Promotional planning and execution
- Inventory and distribution coordination
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
**Experience**:
- 3-5 years in sales (2+ years in a managerial role in beverages or FMCG industry)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies for North/South Goa.
- Lead and manage a sales team, driving performance.
- Build and maintain key customer and distributor relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and report to the Regional Manager.
- Plan and execute promotional activities in collaboration with marketing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
**Note**: Responsibilities may change as per company needs.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
