A leading FMCG Snacks Company looking for Area Sales Executive ASE for Goa
Budget upto 11lpa
The person should be living and working **ONLY IN GOA** (**North Goa or South Goa** both are fine)
4-5 years experience in **GT, MT, and alternate channels**
**Distribution expansion across GT, MT & Horeca/Institutions channels in Goa**
**Must have handled / well versed with Goa GT, MT & Horeca/Institutions market**
**Drive Primary & Secondary Sales in GT, MT & Horeca/Institutions channels**
**Commercial acumen - well versed with margin, taxation, FMCG pricing structure, debit/credit ledger etc.**
**Location: Panjim or Margao (Madgaon)**
**Manage & resolve operational issues at**
**Distributors & Retailers. Timely Payment**
**Collection, Supplies, Claims etc. Coordination**
**with internal & external stakeholders.**
**Must be well versed with FMCG sales operations in**
**terms of Beat/Route Planning, Distributor**
**Appointment, Distributor Management, Distribution**
**expansion, Driving team efficiency, Stock planning etc**
**Inventory Planning & Stock management at**
**Distributor Points to ensure 100% fill rate to customers Well versed in executing BTL activities, Trade schemes, POS material deployment etc. in GT/MT/Horeca Channels Payment Collection from Distributor & Customers, Claim Management & Processing 7. Must have team management experience Team Management 8. Solution & data focused / orientation New Business Development Analytical, methodical and organized**
**Manage, plan & execute Trade promotions/schemes**
**Well versed with Excel & PPT Sales forecasting & inventory management**
**Go getter with 'Can do' attitude to scale up a start
