We are looking for a Client Relations executive who can build and maintain profitable relationships with our customers. Create and nurture long-term relationships with customers. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently. Keeping customers updated on the latest products in order to increase sales. Minimum graduate with pleasant personality is preferable, she should be courteous and polite in mannerism, should hold and manifest a sharp image of the company to the guests and outsiders should possess an attitude to serve and help people, Fast learner and should have a great presence of mind.

**Requirements**:

- Associate’s degree in Business Management/ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing.
- Preferred min 1 to 2 yrs of experience.
- Proactive attitude, passion for customer satisfaction and ability to build rapport with Customers.
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Team player with leadership skills
- Good presentation and Negotiation skill
- Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of CRM platforms.
- Proficient in photo editing tools

Job specification:

- Build relationships with our customers.
- Create plans to address customer’s needs
- Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
- Help up-sell or cross-sell services and products by marketing our products.
- Ensure both the company and customer adhere to contract terms
- Study competition to find new ways to retain customers
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., sales) to address customers’ needs.

Job Timing:
Shift wise (9am -7pm or 10am-8pm)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

All the staffs are ensured that they have been vaccinated
Timely sanitizing of the regular floors will be happening

Ability to commute/relocate:

- AVENUE ROAD CROSS,, Bengaluru - 560002, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, Hindi, Other south Indian Languages (preferred)
