**Rentocart** is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The role requires exceptional communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, with the ability to promptly respond to customer inquiries and pitch the right products effectively. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable IT and electronic devices for office rentals.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in inside sales or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.
- Prior knowledge of IT and electronic devices would be an advantage but not mandatory.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promptly respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable IT and electronic devices to meet their requirements.
- Pitch and promote our products persuasively, highlighting their features and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and empathetically.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales using our CRM system.
- Stay updated with industry trends and product knowledge to provide informed recommendations to customers.
- Participate in sales training and development programs to enhance selling skills and product knowledge.
