**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced **Sales Support Manager (Field)** who has hands-on experience in **Pharma Sales, HealthTech, Healthcare, or Health Insurance**. In this role, you will work directly in the field, primarily engaging with doctors (DR) to drive sales, ensure customer retention, and provide continuous support for health-related products and services. If you have a strong sales background, excellent relationship-building skills, and a passion for supporting the healthcare industry, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Sales & Retention**: Engage directly with doctors to sell and promote health insurance, pharma products, or health tech solutions. Drive customer retention by building and maintaining long-term relationships.
- **Sales Support for Doctors**: Provide exceptional sales support to doctors, ensuring they have all the necessary tools, product knowledge, and resources to succeed.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build strong relationships with doctors, addressing any concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
- **Market Penetration**: Identify new opportunities in the healthcare sector, particularly with doctors, expanding market presence in Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad regions.
- **Sales Strategy Execution**: Collaborate with the sales team to implement field sales strategies and achieve targets, focusing on sales growth and customer retention.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and services, presenting them effectively to doctors to drive sales.
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to the management team to ensure effective decision-making.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year of hard-core **field sales** experience in Pharma Sales, HealthTech, Healthcare, or Health Insurance.
- **Education**: Minimum graduate; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, particularly with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets while managing time effectively in a field environment.
- **Location Flexibility**: Willing to travel extensively within Mumbai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
- **Gender Preference**: Male (preferred).
