We are a unique upcoming **Real Estate Platform** that offers comprehensive B2B and B2C services to various segments of Clients that include Developers, HNIs, NRIs, Etc. Our services range from **Selling of Real Estate Projects** to **Property Management Services and Investment Management**.
**Our requirement:
- **
Experience - 1 to 3 years
Compensation - Up to Rs.70,000/- per month (or more)
Fixed Salary: Up to Rs.18,000/- per month
Performance Incentives of up to Rs. 20,000 -50,000/- per month (or more)
Gender - FEMALE/MALE
Need excellent communication skills, location awareness
Job Summary for Specialist - Project Sales:
We are looking for go-getters and super achievers who have a proven track record of consistently overachieving their goals and targets in the past. The executive is responsible for outbound calls, lead generation and closures.
**Job Role:
- **
Proven ability to drive the sales process by providing quality leads in healthy quantities.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
- Pitching of the project/projects to the clients over the phone and organizing site visits.
- Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities and obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
- Ability to sell multiple projects simultaneously.
- Supporting the sales life cycle or pre-sales support. Coordination with the sales team for all the projects to ensure maximum lead conversion.
- Actively build, manage, and report on sales pipeline build-up using CRM.
- Maintain weekly sales and productivity records & present weekly performance against sales targets in weekly meetings.
- Directing all activities required to achieve walk-ins numbers to the site, targets, and goals.

- Strong business sense and industry expertise (Real Estate).
- Fair Communication skills, both written and verbal. Hindi, English, Gujarati, Marathi languages preferred.
- Work experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the
- Sales Department in the Real Estate Industry.
