**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Curriculum design, implementation, evaluation and feedback
- Creating benchmark for students and track progress towards goals
- Providing a variety of materials and resources for children to explore, manipulate and use during learning activities
- Establish and enforce rules for behaviour and process of maintaining order
- Organise and lead activities designed to promote physical, mental and social development
- Observe, evaluate and record children’s performance, behaviour, social development and physical health
- Identifying children showing signs of emotional, developmental or health related problems and discuss with administrators, parents and child development specialists
- Prepare materials and classroom for class activities
- Maintain accurate and complete student records

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduation/Post-Graduation with B Ed/M Ed/HPT
- 3 to 5 years of teaching experience
- Excellent communication skill and interpersonal abilities
- Supervisory skill and team work abilities
- Passion for children and teaching
- Creative and imaginative skill
- An engaging personality with demonstrative character.
- Leadership and organisational skills
- Adaptability to use technology
- Enthusiasm, Stamina, patience, empathy, dedication, resilience and self-discipline
- Sound knowledge of CBSE Curriculum
- Aptitude to be a life-long learner

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
