**What We Look For**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee expenses, cash inflow, and cash outflow.
- Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, and admin to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules.
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
- Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.
- Support marketing, outreach, and customer-focused programs to enhance the centre’s presence and reputation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-15 years of experience in CRM, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic management software.
- **Proficiency in Telugu is a must.**
