**Job Summary**

GAEC Abroad is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated **Female Telecounsellor** to join our team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, generating leads, scheduling appointments, and promoting our overseas education services. If you’re passionate about helping students pursue their international education goals, we’d love to meet you.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (students and parents) from our database and cold leads.
- Explain GAEC’s overseas education services, university options, and admission processes.
- Schedule appointments for counsellors and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate call and client interaction records using CRM tools.
- Manage a structured monthly calling and follow-up schedule.
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets for calls and appointments.
- Handle client queries professionally and courteously.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate or higher
- **Languages**: Excellent communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- **Experience**: Prior telecounselling, telemarketing, or customer support experience preferred
- **Skills**: Strong motivation, resilience, and time management abilities

**Salary**

**₹2,16,000 - ₹2,85,000 LPA** + **incentives up to ₹50,000 per quarter** (based on experience and performance)
