What We Look For
We are seeking an Admin candidate who is organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the clinic. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively balance people management with operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records covering attendance, leave.
- Supervise facilities, maintenance, and all centre activities to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with therapists, support staff, parents, HODs, to maintain efficient workflows and prepare therapy schedules.
- Maintain supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep; ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with health protocols.
- Track key metrics (patient volume, satisfaction, revenue) and provide actionable insights to improve operations and support expansion.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints; build strong relationships with parents, vendors, and external partners.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in Admin, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Telugu is a must.
