With the zeal to carve a niche for ourselves in the design fraternity, we "design" our thoughts into practical and aesthetic space using creativity, modern technology for ideation, communication and implementation. **Roles & Responsibilities**: - Involves in conducting office events & all admin related tasks. - Vendor management & assists in quotations receiving. - Day-to-day Attendance & payroll of the employees’ records. - Prepare Material lists required as per the interior project requirements. - Organize and maintain employee personnel records. - Maintain all project bills & timely submissions to accounts manager for tax processing. - Payments data for all vendors to be maintained. - Handling all the Entry & Exit of employees. - Maintain client contracts, client project proposals & Client's payments data in accordance with accounts manager. - Maintain & follow of company policies. - Oversees the daily employee timesheets/work reports. - Organize advance & expense sheets. - Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues. **Required**: Proven work experience as an HR Admin or HR Admin Assistant or relevant role in 1+ years. BS in Human Resources or relevant field Schedule: - Day shift **Experience**: - total work: 3 years (preferred) **Language**: - English (preferred) - Hindi (preferred) - Telugu (preferred) Work Location: In person **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
