- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Assist in vendor management.
- Managing vendors / office inventory.
- Support arrangements for meetings.
- Answering phone calls / mails.
- Maintaining filing system.
- Ensuring proper housekeeping.
- Ensuring smooth pantry operation.
- Printing and photocopying.
- Taking care of facilities related services.
- Day-to-day admin and support activities.
- Helping in event management.
- Greeting office visitors and directing them to the concerned person.
- Maintaining, repairing or replacing office equipment.
- Monitoring and supervising housekeeping service.
- Assist in the preparation of MIS.
- Assisting Admin Manager in his day-to-day activities.
- Performing miscellaneous activities as set by your HOD / Management.
- Should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi & English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
