Our mission is to provide affordable medical diagnostic facilities to Indian patients, particularly those suffering from severe life-threatening diseases like Cancer.
**Job Title**: Personal Assitant to CEO
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent
**Pay**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
**Schedule**: Day shift, Monday to Saturday
**Experience**: 1 year (preferred)
**Key Responsibilities: Business Development Support**:
- Provide high-level business development support to the CEO.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
- Cold Calling, Lead Generation, B2B and B2C, Client Follow up
- Quotations Follow up, Order Closure, Order Execution
**Sales & Marketing Strategic Planning**:
- Collaborate with Corporate leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- Buisness Strategy, Sales Strategy
**Operational Excellence**:
- Oversee daily operations, identifying improvement areas.
- Work with department heads to streamline processes and workflows.
- Ensure effective communication across teams.
**Business Planning and Coordination**:
- Assist in planning and executing key events.
- Coordinate logistics and resources for successful events.
- Act as a liaison between leadership and event planning teams.
**Communication and Relationship Management**:
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners.
- Represent the company professionally.
**Work Location**: Faridabad, Delhi NCR
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
