Role Summary:
We’re looking for a customer-focused professional to handle queries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The Manager role will also include team leadership and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
Explain guarantee products and assist with onboarding

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues

Lead support team and track performance metrics

**Requirements**:
1-2 years (Executive) / 3+ years (Manager) in customer support

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Experience with CRM tools

Fluent in English & Hindi
