**Job Title**:Supervisor**

**Firm: BOOM**

**Location: BOOM, Alembic City**

**Timing: Mon-Fri (12PM - 10PM)**

**Sat-Sun (12PM-10.30PM)**

**Week Off: Once a week (Excluding Saturday & Sunday)**

**Position Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Monitor the Play Area to ensure customer safety, prevent accidents, and respond to emergencies.
- Supervise, train, and schedule play zone staff, including play zone assistants.
- Make sure each and every staff member has gone through all the safety trainings scheduled on monthly basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, conduct regular safety inspections, and report any hazards or concerns.
- Make sure that all the technical aspects of the Play Zone are fully operational, coordinate with the Technical executive for further checks and repairs.
- Assist with party and event planning, setup and its execution, ensuring timely and efficient events.
- Coordinate with the Marketing & Sales Manager for successful planning and execution of different events.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain equipment to ensure optimal play zone operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant laws and regulations.
- Make sure all the rules and regulations and safety measures are followed as per the government compliances.
- Coordinate with the Technical coordinator to make sure there are no technical lacking in the equipment, safety and all other tools in constant use.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
