**Designation**: Administration & Accounting

**Timing**: 11:00 am to 08:00 pm

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- play zone software Coordination
- Daily accounting and cash collection & handling
- MTD sheet, BLB MTD Sheet, Café Sheet(daily entry of earnings)
- Petty cash accounting
- Staff shift rota
- Weekly accounting
- Banking: Play zone & Café cash deposit
- Monthly GST verification
- Expense sheet - monthly entries
- Staff salary sheet - monthly entries
- TDS deduction calculation
- Payment to all vendors - make cheques and vouchers
- All Banking activities to be directly done eg. Cheque book, bank statement, banking work, salaries etc.
- Check Employee attendance register
- Invoice preparation for Birthdays, Offers & Events
- Awareness on all new offers & promotions for play zone
- Coordinate Meeting with the Accountant, CA and CS when required.
- Provide Fuel Allowance to Staff.
- Staff Contracts maintenance & management.
- Customer handling & customer queries regarding play zone, birthday parties & offers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
