Anthem Corporation Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our real estate projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing construction activities, managing on-site teams, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Oversight**: Supervise and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are executed on time and within budget.
- **Team Management**: Lead and motivate on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient working environment.
- **Quality Assurance**: Maintain high-quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and ensure a secure working environment, mitigating potential risks.
- **Communication**: Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed project records, including daily reports and progress updates.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
