Unimaple Modutech Pvt. Ltd., a leading modular furniture manufacturer, is looking for a skilled and proactive **Site Supervisor** to oversee installation projects, ensure seamless operations, and maintain high-quality standards at various client locations.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Take accurate site measurements and verify them during the project.
- Supervise on-site activities, ensuring smooth progress and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate site meetings and collaborate with the sales team as needed.
- Manage on-site documentation such as work permits, tool entries, bill submissions, and returnable materials.
- Ensure proper and prompt branding of products on-site in line with company standards.
- Work with the photography team to document project milestones.
- Supervise the proper usage of materials at all stages of the project.
- Receive and return excess material to the production area.
- Oversee the unloading and stacking of finished products at the site.
- Ensure timely project completion and site cleanup after project completion.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Create work schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all site activities and expenses.
- Submit daily progress reports to the production coordinator.
- Final inspection of completed work to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years in site supervision, preferably in modular furniture installation or related fields.
- **Other**: Willingness to travel to project sites and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.

**Skills**:

- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
