**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Coordinate Campaign Activities**:Ensure seamless communication and coordination among team members to maximize campaign effectiveness.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Generate regular reports summarizing key campaign metrics, progress, and challenges.
Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders.

**Data Management**:Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze campaign data, including voter demographics, volunteer engagement, and fundraising efforts.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all campaign-related data.

**Problem-Solving**:identify potential challenges in campaign coordination and reporting and proactively develop solutions.
Collaborate with team members to address issues and optimize campaign strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in campaign coordination or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thorough documentation.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Zirakpur, Punjab (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Relocate before starting work (required)
