We're currently seeking Process Associates to join our International Voice & Non-Voice Support team. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, seize this opportunity to grow with us

**Eligibility**:

- Exceptional English communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Graduates (B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA, BBA, or 3-year diploma)

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Voice**:

- Address customer queries via calls and chat
- Assist US clients with technical or account-related issues
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Adhere to company processes and quality standards
- Collaborate effectively with team members

**Non-Voice**:

- Manage global client interactions focused on financial documentation and data management
- Ensure meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency in written English communication is essential
- Graduates from any discipline (B.Tech, BCA, MBA, etc.) are eligible

**Your Role**:

- Manage backend invoicing and documentation processes
- Coordinate with US clients on billing-related tasks
- Maintain detailed records to uphold data integrity
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
