**Job Title: Office Coordinator - Real Estate**
**Location**: Zirakpur, Punjab
**Work Schedule**: Full-time | 6 Days a Week
**Experience**: 1-4 Years (Real Estate experience preferred)
**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented **Office Coordinator** to join our team in Zirakpur. You’ll be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, sales staff, and backend processes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate daily office and administrative activities.
- Manage property files, documentation, and agreements.
- Schedule and follow up on client site visits.
- Maintain CRM records and update lead follow-ups.
- Support the sales team with data entry and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and maintaining inventory.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Maintain a neat and welcoming front desk/reception area.
**Requirements**:
- Graduate in any stream (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 1-4 years of relevant experience; real estate experience is a **plus**.
- Proficient in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)**.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM or lead management software.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
