
Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Documentation and Compliance**:
- Prepare all necessary export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Ensure compliance with international regulations and export laws.
- Work with customs brokers to ensure clearance of shipments.
**Order Processing**:
- Manage and process export orders from clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to fulfil orders.
**Logistics Coordination**:
- Arrange transportation of goods to ensure timely delivery, including booking cargo and ensuring space allocation on vessels.
- Track and monitor shipments, ensuring any delays or issues are resolved efficiently. **Client Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for international clients.
- Handle client queries, concerns, and complaints regarding shipments.Vendor and **Carrier Management**:
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and other third-party logistics providers.
- Negotiate shipping rates and terms.
**Market Research**:
- Conduct research on global markets, trade trends, and potential international clients.
- Identify opportunities to expand into new markets.
**Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and shipments.
- Provide regular reports on shipment statuses, costs, and compliance.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
