Export Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Export Documentation Management**:
- Prepare, compile, and verify export documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BL, Insurance, Certificate of Origin, etc.).
- Ensure documents are in compliance with the buyer's requirements, LC terms, and international regulations.
- Coordinate with banks for document submission under LC and follow up on discrepancies.
- **Letter of Credit Handling**:
- Review and scrutinize LC terms & conditions and advise necessary amendments.
- Ensure complete adherence to LC clauses to avoid discrepancies.
- Liaison with the finance department and banks for timely negotiation and realisation of payments.
- **Coordination & Compliance**:
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and related agencies.
- Ensure accurate documentation in line with customs and port requirements.
- Handle pre-shipment and post-shipment documentation and reporting.
- **Communication & Reporting**:
- Communicate with buyers, banks, shipping lines, and internal teams for smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain records of all shipments, documents submitted, and payments received.
**Key Skills & Competencies**:
- In-depth knowledge of export documentation procedures.
- Thorough understanding of UCP 600, INCOTERMS, and LC documentation.
- Proficiency in dealing with DP, DA, TT, and LC transactions.
- Strong coordination skills with logistics, CHA, and banks.
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word) and ERP systems.
- Attention to detail and time management.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Commerce, International Business, or elated field.
- Additional certification in Export-Import Management / International Trade (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in Export Documentation and LC Handling.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,357.88 per month
