JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Export Documentation Executive

**Salary**:20k to 50k

Location:Noida

Exp:1+ year 1. Documentation Management

Prepare and review essential export documents, including:
Bills of Lading Commercial Invoices Packing Lists Certificates of Origin Letters of Credit

Ensure accuracy and compliance with international trade regulations.

Maintain organized records of all shipping documents for audit and compliance purposes.

2. Regulatory Compliance

Ensure that shipments comply with export regulations, customs requirements, and trade laws of destination countries.

Keep updated on changes in international trade regulations and customs laws.

3. Coordination and Communication

Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents to ensure timely shipments.

Liaise with clients and internal departments (sales, logistics, and finance) to gather necessary information for documentation.

4. Shipment Tracking and Monitoring

Monitor the status of shipments and proactively address any delays or issues. Provide clients with updates on the status of their shipments.

5. Financial Documentation

Handle payment-related documentation, such as Letters of Credit and bank collections. Coordinate with the finance department for invoicing and payment reconciliation.

6. Problem Solving

Resolve issues related to missing or incorrect documentation.

Address shipment delays, customs holds, or compliance-related challenges.

7. Reporting

Generate and present regular reports on shipment status, documentation accuracy, and process efficiency.

Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the documentation process.

8. Team Leadership and Training

Supervise and guide the documentation team.

Provide training on export documentation procedures and compliance requirements.

G. Process Improvement

Continuously improve documentation workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors. Implement and optimize the use of technology for document management.

10. Customer Service

Ensure client satisfaction by providing accurate and timely documentation support. R Address and resolve client queries related to export documentation.
