
Export Documentation Executive

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and manage export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
- Ensure compliance with international trade laws, export regulations, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and shipping lines.
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of export transactions and documentation.
- Handle LC (Letter of Credit) and bank negotiation documentation when required.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in export documentation or international logistics.
- Familiarity with Incoterms, shipping procedures, and export regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
