- **Leadership**Using organizational and leadership skills to supervise employees and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- **Problem solving**Assessing challenges, evaluating alternatives based on data insights, identifying solutions, and directing execution of improvement plans
- **Day-to-day operations**Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a hospital floor, ensuring patient care standards are consistently met, and coordinating with medical and administrative staff

Other responsibilities include:

- Coordinating automation of operation processes
- Monitoring and evaluating data integration across the departments
- Ensuring functionality of ICT devices in operations department
- Ensuring reliability of operations data for use by hospital staff

Pay: ₹9,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
