Backend Executive(Female)

**Responsibilities**:
Handling student records, admissions data, and other confidential information.

Liaising with various departments (like admissions, faculty, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Preparing reports, maintaining databases, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Following up on leads generated by marketing efforts or inquiries made by prospective students.

Addressing any queries or concerns related to the education programs, fees, or admission requirements.

**Skills**:
Strong verbal communication skills are essential for tele calling.

Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets and other data management software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Patience and problem-solving skills to handle student inquiries effectively.

Ability to switch between backend duties and tele calling roles seamlessly.

CRM Systems for managing student leads and communication.

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and data processing.

Tele calling software for managing calls and tracking communications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
