**Full Job Description**
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations.
- Very good communication of writing and speaking skills.
- Ensure premises, assets, and communication ways are used effectively.
- Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures.
- Coordinate logistics staff (for example truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements.
- Supervise orders and equipment to ensure they meet needs.
- Communicate with suppliers, retailers, customers, etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer requirements.
- Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
- Manage the schedule efficiently to maximize workflow.
- Keep track of incoming and outgoing products, equipment, or materials.
- Closely monitor the production of each project.
- Keep detailed spreadsheets of the workflow (past, current, and future).
- Consult regularly with clients.
- Ensure all projects are completed by the deadline
