Job Description: Gym Sales Executive (Reception)
The Gym Sales Executive at Reception is a key role responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for members and visitors while driving membership sales and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Greet members and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the gym.
- Assist with inquiries related to memberships, facilities, and services.
- Handle complaints and feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
2. Sales & Membership Management:
- Promote and sell gym memberships, packages, and additional services such as personal training sessions.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, showcasing gym amenities and explaining membership benefits.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the gym’s membership base.
3. Administrative Tasks:
- Manage reception duties such as answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the front desk area.
- Process membership registrations, payments, and renewals accurately.
- Maintain records of sales activities and update member databases.
4. Facility Management Support:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and stocked with promotional materials.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and fitness trainers, to ensure smooth operations.
5. Marketing Support:
- Assist in executing promotional campaigns and events to attract new members.
- Distribute marketing materials and engage with social media to boost awareness of gym offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in the fitness or hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and gym management systems is a plus.

Pay: ₹9,697.91 - ₹37,738.98 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kharar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Education**:
- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business Development of Gym Sales: 3 years (required)
- Lead generation: 1 year (required)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
- Retail sales: 3 years (preferred)
