**Job Title**: Receptionist
**Location**: Fitness freak gym kharar
**Reports To**: Gym Manager/owner
**Job Overview**: The Gym Receptionist is responsible for greeting members and visitors, providing information about gym services, managing membership sign-ups, and ensuring smooth operation at the front desk. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Service**: Greet all visitors and members warmly and professionally, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
- **Membership Management**: Assist with new member sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations. Update member records in the system.
- **Scheduling**: Manage appointment bookings for personal training, classes, and other services. Ensure schedules are up to date.
- **Facility Information**: Answer questions about gym services, class schedules, memberships, and policies.
- **Cash Handling**: Process payments for memberships, classes, and retail items. Ensure accurate cash handling and transactions.
- **Cleanliness & Safety**: Monitor the cleanliness of the reception area and ensure the safety of gym members.
- **Communication**: Relay messages and important information to staff and members as needed.
- **Problem-Solving**: Handle customer concerns or issues in a calm, professional manner and escalate to management when necessary.
- **Promote Gym Services**: Encourage members to sign up for additional services, such as personal training or specialized classes.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,653.98 per month
