**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist clients upon arrival.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing inquiries and scheduling appointments.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Provide information on gym memberships and fitness services.
- Assist in sales and membership renewal processes.
- Manage basic administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and communication with clients.
- Support in the overall customer experience and gym operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Sales Executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude and ability to multitask efficiently.
- A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus.
