**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Conversion**: Work closely with prospects to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that address their business challenges.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and decision-makers.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Track and manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract signing, using CRM tools.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work alongside the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions and follow-ups for customer success.
- **Achieve Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
**Key Skills & Qualifications**:
- **IT Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the IT industry, technologies, and solutions.
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- **Sales Expertise**: Proven experience in lead generation and lead conversion.
- **CRM Experience**: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify client pain points and present appropriate IT solutions.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- **Target-Oriented**: Strong focus on achieving goals and exceeding sales targets.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in selling IT solutions or services.
- Understanding of software, hardware, cloud computing, or other relevant technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
