Job Title: Admission Counselor & Follow-Up Specialist

Location: Cambridge Academy of English, Bangalore

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Admission Counselor & Follow-Up Specialist to join our team at the Cambridge Academy of English. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding prospective students through the admission process, providing information about our courses, and ensuring smooth enrollment. You will also follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Counseling:

- Provide detailed information about the academy’s programs, courses, and fees to prospective students.
- Guide students through the admission process, helping them select the appropriate course based on their goals and language proficiency.

2. Follow-Up:

- Follow up with leads and potential students who have shown interest in the academy but have not yet enrolled.
- Track student progress and provide timely reminders for course registrations, documentation, and payments.
- Use CRM software to maintain and update records of student interactions and follow-ups.

3. Customer Service:

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate new leads and build strong student relationships.

4. Administrative Support:

- Assist with the preparation of admission-related documentation.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding for new students.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in admission counseling or customer service, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse students.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to follow-ups and lead conversions.
- Comfortable with using CRM systems and managing student records.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
