**Job Summary**:
Serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a smooth and positive experience through efficient communication, assistance, and support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and attendants courteously.
- Manage patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical and support teams for seamless patient care.
- Handle patient complaints, feedback, and service recovery.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate records.
- Support billing, admission, and discharge processes.

**Skills Required**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and professional attitude.
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
- Basic computer and hospital management system knowledge.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
