**Job description**:

- **Handling Customer Inquiries**:Answering questions, resolving complaints, and providing product/service information.
- **Problem Solving**:Troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers through processes, and finding solutions to customer concerns.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, resolutions, and follow-up actions.
- **Collaboration**:Working with other teams (e.g., technical support, sales) to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Team Management (in some roles)**:Supervising and training customer service representatives, monitoring performance, and ensuring good customer interaction.
- **Customer Relationship Building**:Establishing positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they feel valued.
- **Recording and Managing Customer Data**:Using CRM systems to track interactions and maintain accurate customer profiles.
- **Monitoring Customer Satisfaction**:Analyzing customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement.
