- Automate workflows and create custom functions using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho apps with third-party tools (e.g., via APIs, Zapier, or native integrations).
- Troubleshoot issues and provide day-to-day support for all Zoho users.
- Conduct internal training and documentation for Zoho-related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver scalable Zoho solutions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of Deluge scripting, Zoho APIs, and data migration processes.
- Proven experience with Zoho CRM customization and automation.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

**Preferred**:

- Zoho Certification(s) (preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
