**Job Title: Project Manager (IT Support)**
**Job Summary**:
We’re seeking a Project Manager for our IT Support to oversee support operations and ensure timely resolution of client requests. Reporting to the Project Manager Lead (or Shift Team Lead), you’ll coordinate with internal teams in a dynamic, structured setting—perfect for someone highly organized and proactive.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee support operations, ensuring smooth coordination and timely ticket resolution.
- Assign incoming tickets to developers or other relevant internal teams after reviewing and understanding the requirements.
- Take follow-ups on older tickets where client feedback, approval, or resolution is pending.
- Based on the ticket context, forward or loop in specialized teams such as Content, Graphics, or Customer Experience.
- Communicate directly with clients or internal team members to clarify requirements, gather updates, or provide progress reports.
- Track and manage tickets using tools like Google Sheets, Zoho Desk, and Basecamp in a structured, fast-paced workflow.
- Perform basic quality checks before closing tickets to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Maintain documentation of resolutions, flag recurring issues, and suggest process improvements when possible.
- Take ownership and make informed decisions when instructions are unclear or missing.
- Coordinate across multiple departments to ensure efficient task handoffs and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with the other shift team to get the pending tasks and assign them to the respective team members and teams.
- Creating a daily work report of the team, maintaining the balance of tasks assigned to individual team members and sub teams.
**What We’re Looking For**:
2+ years of experience in project management, IT support, or a similar role.
Strong communication and coordination skills for cross-functional and client-facing work.
Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoho Desk, Basecamp, and Google Sheets/Docs. Detail-oriented and organized, with comfort managing repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive problem-solver with logical thinking and a calm approach.
Nice-to-Have: Experience with Kanban workflows or certifications (PMP, Agile, Scrum Master).
**What to Expect**:
This role involves handling multiple support requests and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced, structured environment. You will manage high-volume support requests, collaborate across teams, and contribute to smooth operations while developing expertise.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
