**Business Analyst - Insurance Domain**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Responsible for documenting end to end requirements and solutions for the projects. ** Responsible for gathering requirements and co-ordinate with team members, Client SME’s, business and other stake holders to produce the impact analysis documents.

**Providing initial estimates and contributed to high-level designs. ** Get involvement in looking into defects along with SME and QA Responsible for doing requirement traceability against Low level designs. Moreover, test scripts to ensure everything is covered.

**Communicate requirements with mínimal direction and guidance. ** Acts as the liaison between the business experts and the project team members

**Facilitates business/functional requirement review, approval, and sign-off sessions ** Implement industry best practices and recommend process changes to boost productivity, development throughputs and overall quality of work

**DESIRED PROFILE**

B.E/B.Tech with at least 5 years' experience within an IT Business Analyst role (Insurance Domain Expertise is mandatory)

Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis as well as creating test plan & cases

Prior experience with Agile methodologies Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) and are able to present clearly and effectively

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to be successful in this role Motivated to push through in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment

Strong command on MS Office, JIRA/Trello
