**Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive - Digital Marketing**

**Role Overview**:
As a **Senior BDE**, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and managing client relationships. You should bring a strong understanding of digital marketing services and a proven track record in B2B sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively identify, pursue, and acquire new clients in need of digital marketing services.
- Prepare tailored proposals, pitch decks, and negotiate contracts to close deals.
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to onboarding and account handover.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, creative, tech) to ensure smooth execution of client projects.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of proven experience in business development or digital marketing sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how they drive business results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prospects efficiently.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Experience with performance marketing or agency background is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
