Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Executive to join our team. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance, and

supporting financial planning. This role requires strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of

financial regulations, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including the HR team,

founder, and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

● Maintain and update transaction reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial

regulations.

● Handle GST, TDS, and other regulatory compliance requirements.

● Prepare financial statements, reports, and cash flow analysis.

● Maintain financial records and ensure proper documentation for audits.

Payroll & Taxation:

● Work closely with the HR team on payroll, tax compliance, and employee-related financial

matters.

● Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.

Financial Planning & Analysis:

● Collaborate with the founder and CA for financial planning, budgeting, and audits.

● Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and identify cost-saving

opportunities.

● Assist in forecasting and financial strategy development.

Accounts Management:

● Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments.

● Ensure financial transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related role.

● Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and taxation.

● Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar).

● Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

● Ability to work closely with different stakeholders and manage financial data efficiently.

● Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
