**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Business Solutions Design, Delivery & Support:_-
- Provide front line support for all finance tickets and operational issues for multiple systems like NetSuite, Coupa and Concur- Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently via Freshservice/JIRA- Work with various IT and Finance teams to investigate system production support issues and ensure timely resolution.- Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.- Analyze existing and future state business processes, systems and flows of data.- Develop and maintain documentation related to developing and modifying business processes and systems.- Lead multiple finance systems user access provisioning, updates and ensure data accuracy.- Participate in systems implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).- Work hands-on to solving technical/systems issues by investigating system configurations and integrations to other IT systems- Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders.-
- Collaborate with other technology leaders on the implementation and operation of Incident Management and Change Management.- Engage in other areas of Finance such as SOX Compliance and Reporting.
Qualifications & Skills- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems or business management OR related field and equivalent practical experience.- Good functional and configuration level understanding of one or more areas including but not limited to NetSuite/Coupa System Administration, Order Management, Invoicing, Item Master, Revenue Recognition, Taxation, Customer Billing etc.- 3 - 7 years of experience implementing, configuring, customizing, developing and integrating one or more SaaS software (e.g.: NetSuite, Coupa, Concur et al)- Any system administration certification (nice to have)-
- Working knowledge of API integrations with enterprise systems- Proven ability to learn complex, distributed systems quickly and thoroughly.- Document complex systems, processes, events and architectures.- Operates with high integrity and transparency.- Must be customer centric and have the interpersonal skills necessary to manage business and technology relationships.- Must be a self-starter, deal with ambiguity and thrive in a rapidly changing business environment.- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
