**Job Title: Finance Executive**

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Finance Executive. This role will involve a combination of office-based tasks and fieldwork, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in finance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct field visits to collect financial data from various sources, such as vendors, clients, and financial institutions.
- Verify and reconcile financial information by comparing and correcting data from various sources.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes by gathering relevant financial data and trends.
- Support the finance team in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information for special projects or reports.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance financial knowledge and skills.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field as required.

**Experience**:

- Experience in finance or accounting is preferred but not required. Recent graduates or individuals with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
