**Job Title: Project Coordinator - Electrical and Instrumentation Contracting**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Project Planning: Collaborate with project managers to develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate with internal teams and external contractors/vendors to ensure availability of resources required for project execution, including manpower, equipment, and materials.

Scheduling: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones. Monitor progress and identify potential delays or issues, implementing necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.

Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for project stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication among team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project status, progress, and potential risks.

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, meeting minutes, and project reports. Ensure all project documentation is organized, accessible, and up to date.

Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control/assurance teams to ensure adherence to project specifications, standards, and regulatory requirements. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address challenges and implement contingency plans as needed.

Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures, tracking costs against estimates, and identifying opportunities for cost savings or efficiency improvements.

Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and requirements throughout the project. Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in electrical and instrumentation contracting.

Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems and processes.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Proficiency in project management software/tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).

Knowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

PMP certification (preferred).

Working Conditions: This position will primarily be based in an office environment, with occasional visits to project sites. May require occasional travel to client locations or project sites.

**Salary**:
Salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

**Salary**: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
